Youngblood Auto Group and U.S.97, in conjunction with iHeartMedia and the historic Shrine Mosque, are hosting a night of comedy to benefit the Toys for Tots, and receiving agencies The Salvation Army and Crosslines. Proceeds from the comedy show will be used to purchase new toys to be given to local children this Christmas.
“We are grateful to continue our partnership with Toys for Tots this coming holiday season,” said Major Judy Mills, Corps Officer. “The toys we receive from them are critical in our ability to provide Christmas to those in need. This is an exciting event that will hopefully allow us to help even more families this Christmas.”
The comedy show will be Friday, October 21 at 7:00p.m. at the Shrine Mosque featuring Donnie Baker and Costaki Economopoulos. Tickets are only $9.73 per person and are available at Youngblood Nissan and the Shrine Mosque, or online via stubwire.com.
Youngblood Auto Group has donated $12,000 for the event, a portion of which will pay for the talent and expenses to ensure that all proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the purchase of toys. This is the third year that Youngblood Auto Group has partnered with Toys for Tots to benefit children in the Ozarks, and this will be Youngblood’s biggest fund-raising event of the season for the charity.
