KY3 is once again partnering with The Salvation Army to Kick-Off the annual Red Kettle Campaign. On Friday, November 11 KY3 will be broadcasting live from Bass Pro in addition to ringing bells at the iconic red kettle during the day.
“We are grateful for this partnership to once again kick-off our annual campaign,” said Major Mike Mills, Corps Officer. “Our media partners continue to help our community and we are so blessed to live and work where everyone comes together to help others.”
The annual Tree of Lights Campaign, which the red kettles are a large part of, begins Friday, November 11 and concludes on Christmas Eve. Local residents will see kettles at various locations including Bass Pro, Battlefield Mall, and Walmart among others.
